A lighter weight fill characterises the Plasma jackets as garments capable of providing 'on the go' warmth. A low bulk jacket, the Plasma with it's welded waterproof exterior would be ideal as an outer garment for climbing or skiing when it's cold. The outer shell is made from highly breathable and fully waterproof eVent fabric, and highly water-resistant Riri Aquazips are used throughout.
When the weather turns and more protection is required the Plasma jacket will fit underneath your storm shell easily enough.
