Geoff @ Lakes Climber & Runner says: light as a feather! At only a touch over 200g you won't find a lighter top that offers this level of coal-fired warmth. Crux recommend it as a mid-layer, but in dry conditions it's plenty warm enough for a UK winter, but it's trim enough that you'll get it under a shell no bother when it's wet (that'll be most of the time then). It stuffs down in to its own little pocket and it really is small... absoultely ideal if you're climbing light or after some top-notch insulation for overnight camp on a mountain marathon. Crux gear is always incredibly well-made and the Halo is no exception. Great design and materials, no bells and whistles, just no nonsense top-drawer outdoor performance. Recommended!
