Our Ambleside shop opened on the 1st March 2007. Our aim is to provide the best equipment and advice available anywhere.
The shop is run by climbers for climbers. There are no fat cat investors pulling the strings in the back ground.
Everyone that works for the shop is experienced in various aspects of climbing, which means that when you come in you can be sure that you are getting advice from people that actually know what they are talking about and have used the gear themselves.
No matter what you type of climbing you are into whether it be rock climbing, mountaineering, winter climbing, alpinism, bouldering, big wall, walking, camping, etc. we will have the right stock to meet your needs, or failing that we will certainly be able to get it for you!
