NOTE: Buying footwear on-line is a very tricky business. We offer this service for primarily for people who are replacing boots that they already have or for buying boots which they have already tried on.
We advise you never to buy a pair of boots that you haven't tried on or had fitted properly as this can cause you far more problems than the chance is worth.
Buyers should also be aware that we are unable to accept returns on any boots which have been used outside regardless of the length of time, boots must come back with the packaging intact and in what we would consider to be as new condition. Almost all of our boots are hand made and therefore subtle differences can occur even in identical models of the same size, for this reason do your best to buy your boots in a shop.
